   This is one item of sharp that makes me hate the brand.
   The pulsator(the one that is spinning inside) is so thin it easily breaks. I only have it for two years.
   So i went to their service center to ask for assistance and of course to fix the pulsator.it took 3 months waiting for the pulsator, until now i am still waiting!
