Warranties & Services

Unless stated otherwise, the items listed on our site are brand-new, have boxes, manuals, accessories and have full warranties.

  • Most items have a warranty of one year (parts and labor) under normal use.
  • Some items carry a 6-month warranty.
  • Please inquire with us for warranty length of the product you wish to purchase.
  • Normally, each unit has a warranty card. In case, there is no warranty card, the store invoice will act as the warranty certificate. 
  • In order to claim warranty, the store invoice of the unit should be presented. Just presentation of the warranty card (without the store invoice or delivery receipt) is not a valid claim for the warranty.
  • Should you lose your invoice, please inform us of customer name, the brand and model number of the item and serial number, and we will try to find out if your unit is still under warranty.

    Dear Sir,

    As i purchased the washing Machine ( sanyo , model ASW81SRT) DATED ON 12/9/2014 , unfortunately this machine stop working now.(Article No 296102)
    This i purchased from Lulu Hypermarket Sharjah.
    in my opinion it is still in warranty.
    Could u send the technician to check and sort out the problem soon as my accommodation is Near Galaxy supermarket , National paint

    Sir,
    The PAB37FP CROWNE-AIRE stops working after a few hours but will again work when it is switched on. It indicates E4 Error…meaning, unit abnormality protection, as indicated in the Manual. What does it mean?

    My westinghouse aircon temp control will not go down to its coolest even if in the remote its already in the coolest. The temp is always at 25 -29 and always changing from 25-29 then start lowering to 25 again. Where is your service center for westinghouse/electrolux aircons?

      You are in Cebu ? You will need assistance from the store where you purchase the unit from. You have to tell the store who will contact the service center for you.

    I’m asking lang po kung totoo ba talaga na you deliver the product brand new, kasi na biktima na ako sa online shopping, nagbayad ako at lahat na pero yung deniliver na product malayo don sa picture sa website…. Sorry po ha… May gustu sana akong orderin isa sa mga refrigerators nyo.

      Unless indicated otherwise, the items listed on CAC website are brand new with box, manual and warranty.

      If you mean sealed item. The box is not yet opened. We have to test the units before delivering them, especially big appliances because they are very difficult to deliver-replace if in case the unit is defective.

      Refrigerator units have to be tested overnight, to make sure they will cool properly.

    ask lang po where can i purchase the panel board of my washing maschine model es-p68A 6kg. i bought this washing machine at imperial plaza, pagadian city 2 years ago. when tested by techn the panel board is not functioning…… thanks po

      I’m sorry, but please ask the store where you purchased the unit from. Spare parts usually require special orders which you have to pay for in advance. Please also be advised that panel boards are usually very expensive and may cost more than 50% of the washing machine itself.

    I have bought a w.w. aircon less than 2 yrs ago. At present I am having trouble with its service. Sometimes when I press the power control it works, but sometimes it won’t start. I have checked my power outlet already. What could be the problem? Any suggestions?

      what is the brand and model of your unit, where did you purchase it? i would suggest that you have it service by an authorize aircon service center.
