how can we play movies from usb? we don’t know what button did we press to prompt the folder or file? other smart television easily read usb files by pressing menu – folder – movie (user friendly). can you please help me step by step? thanks and Godbless

hi just wanna ask how to play movies from usb to konka 32flat screen t.v. I already connect the usb on the t.v. but when i clicked menu it didn’t read the file (movie). I lost the manual so it so hard to operate even i clicked all button on remote. I clicked AVR and Menu but file doesn’t read
